Over the course of this time I have supported people of all ages to make positive changes in their career – from people facing redundancy, career changers, returners to the labour market, graduates and school leavers.

- Certified Solution Focused Practitioner: I am passionate about the solution focused approach and continue to build on the advanced training I undertook with the world-renowned leaders in the field at BRIEF International.
- Registered member the UK Association for Solution Focused Practice: The leading membership organisation in the UK for Solution Focused Practice.
- Certified Assessor and Trainer: I have trained other Career Coaches within the Career Development sector in Wales including trainees working towards their Level 6 qualification and established coaches as part of their continual professional Development.
